Scientific Program

as of March 2026

Upon completion, participants will be able to:

  • Describe the role of obesity and metabolic dysfunction in systemic and cutaneous inflammation
  • Explain the mechanisms by which GLP-1 receptor agonists may influence immune function and inflammatory skin diseases
  • Evaluate current evidence supporting the potential use of GLP-1 therapies across dermatologic, rheumatologic, gastrointestinal, and cardiometabolic conditions
  • Apply emerging data on GLP-1 receptor agonists into multidisciplinary, patient-centered clinical care strategies
